all orders must be paid in full prior to shipment or delivery.

there is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.

most candles are poured to order, so there may be a delay in our busy seasons of up to two weeks.

you may cancel your order within 24 hours. after 24 hours, there will be a restocking fee equal to 20% of your total order.

there will be a $10.00 delivery charge per order for all hand delivered orders. (if you are in the oshkosh area, you will soon be able to vist our new store located at 901 south main... check back with us for information about our opening date.)

the shipping calculator tends to over charge, so please note that if your shipping costs less than calculated, you will be refunded the difference!

returns

we will gladly accept returns on unused/unopened items within 14 days of purchase. the refund will be credited back to your account minus shipping costs. returns must be phoned in or emailed prior to return at which point you will receive a return authorization# to include with your shipment.

any defective products must be returned for verification and replacement products will be in the same scent and color as the original order. remember that not everyone likes a particular scent, so we recommend that you purchase a smaller candle in a particular scent if you are unsure.

please note that bath and body products are not returnable due to sanitary reasons.
